1. Engagement Model AEVYX is a bespoke packaging studio. Every order gets treated as its own custom project. 2. Order Confirmation We’ll confirm your project once you approve the specs and make your payment. 3. Client Responsibilities You need to send us accurate product info, branding assets, and all needed files—including 3D files, if requested. If you provide incorrect info, we can’t be held responsible for mistakes. 4. Design Ownership Your designs stay yours. We won’t recreate or share your designs unless you say so. 5. Custom Nature of Work Since we use unique materials and handcraft everything, your final product may have slight differences in color, texture, or finish. 6. Pricing Philosophy Pricing is based on how complex the design is, the materials you choose, and the skill involved. We don’t offer discounts or mass production rates. 7. Timelines Project timing depends on what you need and how complicated things get. If you change details or don’t provide info on time, delivery could be delayed. 8. Prototyping If needed, we can make prototypes. Once you approve, that’s final before we start production. 9. Payments We require advance payment to kick off production. Payment terms are set depending on your project. 10. Cancellations & Refunds Because everything is custom-made, once we’re in production, you can’t cancel. Payments are not refundable. 11. Shipping We take care to package and ship your order securely. But if a third-party courier causes delays or damage, we’re not liable. 12. Reorders We can reproduce previous designs consistently. If you want refinements, just let us know. 13. Limitation of Liability We aren’t responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our packaging. 14. Updates to Terms We update these terms from time to time. If you keep working with us, you’re agreeing to the latest version.
