Order Processing Once you give the green light on your design and pay, we get started right away. First, we produce your order. Shipping follows when that's done. Shipping Timeline When you’ll get your package depends on the project specifics, how big it is, and where you live. After we lock in your project, we’ll send you an estimated arrival date. Packaging Standards We don’t cut corners on packing. Every box is tight and reinforced, so your order arrives safe and secure. International Shipping We ship all over the world. Your package travels with trusted logistics partners, so it gets to you safely and on time. Duties & Taxes Unless we agree otherwise, you’re responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. Tracking When your order leaves our hands, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can watch its journey. Delays We do everything we can to ship right on schedule.
